The room available for rent (unfurnished) is located in the basement of the home, along with the private bathroom. The room fits a full sized bed with room to walk around. The basement has a somewhat lower ceiling and is well-suited for someone 5'9" or shorter. The house itself has two total bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a smaller room that is set up for an office, with common spaces furnished and with a great view of Mount Olympus. The private bathroom has both a tub and shower which are very clean and bright. You'll also have a sitting area on the front porch with a view of the mountains, as well as a large lighted patio with an outdoor sofa, grill, and hot tub out back, which is also fully fenced. There are large garden boxes with veggies planted. Upstairs is my bedroom as well as the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has brand new tile and newer appliances, and is stocked with dinnerware, cookware, etc. Stainless trash bin in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There are also recycling and compost bins. Downstairs are the laundry room, available bedroom, bathroom, and a small room where I store things. I am an outdoorsy mid-30s gal. I also have one cattle dogs, so being an animal lover is preferred. There is unfortunately not room in the home for additional pets. Utilities are split equally between us. The home is available on July fifth.
