And finally 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the coach house that includes an unfinished basement with an extra bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Rent is $1,100 (gas and electric not included). Owners pay for water, gas, and electric on most units. Coach House pays for own gas and electric.
