The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. Enjoy vaulted ceilings in the living room and step out onto the balcony. A shower and tub combo is available in the en-suite bathroom. Enjoy access to a seasonally heated community pool and hot tub, community charcoal grills, and pay-per-use laundry facilities located on the same floor as the unit. Parking is conveniently located close to the building. Shelly Sands is perfectly situated on the Destin/Miramar Beach line, directly across the street from gated beach access.
