It is a cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment located in English Village of Mountain Brook. It rents for $804 + $180 flat-rate, monthly utility fee. This fee covers all of your utilities! So the rent would be $984/month in total. The only thing you would be responsible for setting up separately is cable/internet. This apartment does not have washer/dryer connections, but there are 4 on-site laundry rooms for tenants to use. One of them is located directly downstairs from this unit! Cats are allowed. It's just a $350 pet fee per animal with a 3 pet limit. Sorry, no dogs. Some of the furniture may be included, but the apartment will not be fully furnished.
