Solid block home with front & back yards - stocked pond in back yard (part of natural lake system); security fence with 10' x 12' shed behind it for privacy; water conditioning system for well was replaced in 2005; 1 car garage with automatic door opener; 12' x 12' screened lanai with ceiling fan; septic & well system - water heater replaced 07' Neighborhood Description Semi-rural setting which is very laid back & peaceful - a very friendly neighborhood that offers a variety of wild bird & animal life to enjoy as you walk or bicycle. There is a community park on a lake less than a mile down the road which has basketball/tennis courts & other kid-friendly features. The bus stops are very close by for the kids to walk to. Reasonable job commute to Lee County or Port Charlotte - I/75 and the airport, grocery stores and a Walmart Supercenter are just minutes away. They are building a new mall out by Jones Loop which would be a couple miles away as well. The peaceful pond setting viewed from my screened in lanai is what drew me to this nice homey place. I had hoped I would retire here - but life has a way of changing, or I would keep this place.
