I am renting a bedroom in my 2 bedroom townhome. The bedroom has it's own bathroom and walk in closet and is furnished with a queen size bed, armoire and nightstand. The kitchen is shared. It's right across the street from Paradise Cove Beach in Malibu and there's a good ocean view from the townhouse. All utilities are paid. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna and there's plenty of parking. There's laundry in the unit, as well. I'm a middle aged female professional and live a very quiet, serene life and am looking for someone who has the same quiet lifestyle...please, no drugs or pets (I have a small elderly dog who doesn't like other animals).
