The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs along with a balcony overlooking the garden and another patio downstairs off the kitchen. Totally private. Month-to-month agreement or 1 yr lease. Must be a quiet and respectable tenant. No parties or loud music. Fully furnished, towels, sheets, kitchen stuff, ironing board. 1 King size bed. Washer dryer in cottage storage room. The pool is available when I am out of town. I have one cat on the property that the tenant will be responsible for feeding and being kind to when I am out of town (this item is non-negotiable). Available June 1 electric, water and internet included in the rent Internet, power and water included. 1st, last and security due at signing. The lease could be extended to be one year.
