Pets will be considered with a separate pet deposit. NO SMOKING on property. Tenants pay for utilities. Landlord looks at credit, prior evictions, and criminal background. Landlord does not accept Section 8 or other government funding. No tours until after I receive the application and background information. I am a local landlord with great references. Some of my tenants have been with me over 17 years. Most residential tenants stay until they buy a house. I am a GREAT landlord if you are a GREAT tenant. If you lie, manipulate or damage my property you won't want me as your landlord.
