We have a guest house for rent in the Sam Hughes neighborhood on 4th Street between Tucson Blvd. and Country Club. It is in a very quiet area, walking distance to Himmel Park and the U of A. The guest house has two rooms. One room is the kitchen/dining area with a nice kitchenette. The other room is a good-size bedroom with a small bathroom that has a sink, toilet and a shower. (No bathtub.) The house has central evaporative cooling and/or a powerful window AC unit that does a great job of cooling the whole place. The fenced yard is shared with the larger main house. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The rent is $995 a month and includes utilities. The rental agreement is from month to month. (Some people have stayed for many years.) We do not allow smoking or pets. You have to have excellent references and decent credit to be considered. We are good landlords and we quickly take care of any problems that may arise.
