This area is getting better all the time. There is a small fenced in back yard big enough for small dogs and a nice hangout area. I will be covering trash, sewage, water, and yard work. Tenants will be responsible for gas/electric and internet. Fiber is available at this residence. The unit comes with a 1 car garage, 1 parking spot in front of the garage and a pad that can park 1 or 2 cars. No street parking is available as this unit is on a private court, but there are some public parking spaces available for limited use. 12 month lease is available, rent is due on the 1st and late fees apply after the 5th. Pets are negotiable with no extra pet fees. Any damages will be taken out of the deposit. Deposit of $3,500.00 due at signing and first months' rent due at move in. Smoking of any substances is strictly prohibited inside the house. All smoking must be done outside with proper disposal nearby. Renters insurance is required and proof needs to be shown at move in.
