I live in the house and keep everything maintained and up to date. There is another roomate who has been here three years. She has the basement which has a kitchenette. She likes her privacy so hangs out down there with her two adorable chihuahuas. I have a 30 lb spaniel who is nutso but friendly. A small to medium size dog is welcome if it gets along with mine. There is a spare bedroom where guests are very welcome for short-term visits. We all get along really great. Everyone has plenty of space to do their own thing, we bump into each other in the kitchen every so often. Plenty of kitchen storage, and the two bedrooms both have closets. $1000 refundable deposit and first month rent required. $50 pet rent added for a pup. One year lease minimum. Lease is available from July 1st. If an earlier move-in is needed, there is the spare bedroom we can discuss for a temporary arrangement until July 1st.
