    Beautiful, Clean, New Kitchen, New Windows, New Flooring, Central Heating. I love houses: on Wide all residential streets, Low traffic (Canal is only two blocks long, not a through street) Full size lots, Long side drives, Double detached garages, Raised foundations. I talked to the neighbors yesterday and they begged me to bring in nice people. She said the people that live on that block are like family, they watch out for each other and take care of each other. Another thing I like about this house is the rear facing kitchen and the large back yard. There is a gate across the driveway giving the rear yard plenty of private space for large family get togethers. The large shade trees and the forward facing garage will give your family many years of enjoyment. With a rear facing kitchen and a large rear yard, it is the easiest floor plan to add a family room and/or a master bedroom and bath in the future. I have seen it many times with this layout. The seller has priced it for a quick sale.
