Our recently converted ADU cottage will be available starting December 30, 2021 (exact move-in date flexible). It's so rad! You'll love it. Kitchen is furnished with under-sink trash, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, and more! - heated floors throughout - beautifully tiled bathroom with smart storage (towel bars, outlets in the medicine cabinet, shelves) -"storage" loft (fits a queen mattress) -gorgeous wall mural of Mt. Tam scene by local artist Joelle Provost -skylights and lovely garden view -access to VEGGIE GARDEN and BASEMENT STORAGE! -big exposed beam for mounting things like pull-up bar, hangboard, projector, speakers... It's decently spacious at 325 square feet, plus the big loft. There is a laundromat just around the corner on Sacramento St. (less than 0.1 mile) Street parking is plentiful. The neighbors are wonderful and welcoming (e.g. someone usually sends an email if you forget to move your car on a street sweeping day). It doesn't share any walls and has new double-paned windows, so noise in the unit is a non-issue. It's also a very quiet block. However, the yard borders the main house bedrooms, so conscientiousness is requested in the yard space (no early-morning calls, no late-night outdoor gatherings without consultation with house residents, and please please please turn off porch lights as they shine right in their bedroom window!) $75/month flat for utilities (WiFi, water, electric, gas and garbage). Month-to-month or 1-year lease are both great. Here's a video from when it housed a couple and their two cats, so it looks a bit cluttered. OPEN HOUSE DEC 18 ONLY! Sorry, that's the only time I can show people around. Utilities are a flat $75, which includes wifi (shared mesh network with main house), water, gas, electric, and refuse. A security deposit of $1850 and last months' rent of $1850 ($3700 total) are required at signing of the lease agreement.
