    This beautiful central old southwest family home has it all! The home is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Upon entering the home is a tiled hall that proceeds forward through the home toward the backyard. The garage leads to the side yard where there are raised garden beds and a storage shed. The backyard has 2 decks and there is an RV option on the other side yard and another storage shed. To the left after entering the home from the front door is a half bathroom for guests, then a laundry room with cherry cabinets and the washer and dryer are included. Next is a full beautifully tiled family bathroom with a deep standard width bathtub. This is also the area where there are 3 roomy bedrooms. Plus, the master bedroom. The master bedroom has two large closets, and a slider that leads to the backyard deck. The master bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a double granite vanity with lots of storage. The large tiled shower has double heads and body sprayers. Three of the four bedrooms are carpeted including the master bedroom. The highly rated schools include Roy Gomn (.50 mile), Swope (.50 mile), and Reno HS (1 mile). Midtown is a bicycle ride away. The home is located on a quiet cul d sac, and is a half mile from the Truckee River and the park Crissy Caughlin. Easy freeway access and a grocery store a mile away, with other restaurants and businesses nearby as well. Other features include new windows, newer HVAC system, window coverings, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, built in convection oven, a separate gas cook top, a convection microwave. One of the family rooms has vaulted ceilings, As you pull up to the front, you'll notice the front sitting deck lined in pavers. Out back, one can barbecue or relax around the fire pit, both being run with propane. The rent includes care of the lawn. The lawn and huge garden are both on their own automatic sprinklers. Potty trained pets considered upon request. New puppies will not be approved. One year lease. A credit check will be required and Zillow application. Evidence of smoking in the home will forfeit the security deposit ($1500). Pet deposit (+500). Renter will let owner know of any damage accrued to the home immediately. One half of the last months rent, security deposit, plus August rent will be paid prior to moving in. Rent will then be due at the beginning of each month thereafter. Pets considered upon request. Lawn care service included in the rent. Renter will put all utilities in their name and keep them up to date. The side yard is where I store my RV and trailer. If the renter will take over that space, negotiations can occur depending on cost of me obtaining alternative RV storage. This is a quiet neighborhood. Excessive disturbance past 10 pm to 6:00 am where the police are called 3 or more times are cause for early termination of lease.
