The living room is fully furnished with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen Roku smart 55-inch TV, and a gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Beautiful By Drew appliances. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature comfortable queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the second bedroom has access to a shared bathroom just down the hall. The primary bedroom features a dedicated writing desk, making it the perfect space for working or catching up on emails. Our townhome is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking available. We are just a short drive from many local attractions, including restaurants, shopping centers, and hospitals. 5 minutes to St. Marys Hospital 8 minutes to Down Town Grand Junction 15 minutes to Community Hospital --Guest Access-- Guests have access to the entire townhouse, with one driveway parking spot and three additional parallel parking spots at the back of the property. The garage is available only for storage and has an extra refrigerator. --Other Things to Note-- **A signed rental agreement is required after booking. **Two weeks' worth of essentials are provided for up to 4 guests. 100/per pet per month fee. Maximum of two pets. *HOA maintains the front and back yard on Thursdays during the spring and summer months. *Swamp Cooler is turned off from November to May. We de-winterize after Mother's Day to avoid late freeze. Doors may swell during the summer months. *The owner pays all utilities, including monthly HOA, which covers all basic yard maintenance. *Security deposit and fees are due at lease signing. *No smoking allowed. *Small pets (up to 30 pounds) are permitted with an additional pet fee and refundable pet deposit.
