Pinebrook Meadows is a delightful small cluster of homes -- many still owned by the original owner. We have a great mixture of young families and couples in their 40's and 50's. There is always a handful of parents at the school bus stop seeing all the children off each morning and greeting them each afternoon. We are a pet-friendly neighborhood and throughout the day and evening you will see dogs being walked, cats playing and the occasional family of deer walk through the neighborhood. We host an annual HOA meeting in the gazebo on our waterfront property, grill salmon and chicken in the firepit, and bring a tasty variety of salads and desserts to round out the get-together. It is common to see neighbors chatting, children playing and riding bikes, and folks working out in their yards. All of us enjoy the organic blueberry farm that we back up to as well as putting our canoes in Pine Lake and paddling over to the Park to swim or listen to the summer concert series. You will immediately feel at home in Pine Brook Meadows as everyone will stop by to introduce themselves!
