A lovely beach cottage only 4.1 miles to Siesta Key Beach. The most desirable beach in the United States and number four in the world. I completely renovated this adorable little cottage on a dead end street. There's only about seven houses and no through traffic. Not only is this street quiet, but it's amazing because when you leave the street, you're convenient to doctors offices, restaurants, and the post office is only two blocks. The hospital is only 2.7 miles. Riverview high school is walking distance. It's close to schools, food, healthcare everything you could ever want, even a good gym, and a choice of churches. The home has three bedrooms, and it has one bathroom that is centrally located in the home for everyone. The bathroom has a beautiful, brand new, subway tile shower with rainfall faucet. There is lovely black hardware throughout the home. The floors in the home were all redone in every single room with luxury vinyl wood flooring.., And in the bathroom, there is new stylish tile on the floor. The kitchen is really the highlight. There are cream colored, new, shaker cabinets that are soft close. There is a quality set of appliances with a refrigerator, range, hood, and dishwasher set. They are black with gold. The hardware in the kitchen is black and gold and complements the appliances. This kitchen sink is a beautiful Italian porcelain,farmhouse sink with a black and gold faucet. The garbage disposal that was just put in is brand new. In the kitchen you'll see beautiful exposed wood beams, and real brick walls that give it that rustic luxury feel. The lighting in the kitchen is all brand new too, with a very stylish contemporary look over the waterfall quartz calacatta island.. The lighting is all black and gold.. not a detail was missed! In the back of the home there is a den, or some would call a lanai. In there you will find floor to ceiling windows that span over the entire back wall, giving lots of light in this room. I used this for a den with a nice couch in there that converted into a bed, with also a large screen TV, There is a desk in there, so the room has excellent use of space. It is soothing with the plants to work in there and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. There are blackout drapes in this room that are quite lovely. They look like linen from the front side in a nice light shade, but they offer blackout once closed. The floors in the back den are large ceramic tile that appears like white Marble. Behind a set of barn doors is the washer and dryer a full-size Maytag brand that is practically new. There is also a rear entrance to the house with a beautiful glass door and privacy blinds made into the door, that door bolt locks for added security. Leading out of the back den you have the option of closing a glass barn door to seal that room off when you have a guest staying over. It seals nicely and the barn door is very stylish, separating the kitchen from the den.. The entire home was equipped with safety in a state-of-the-art ADT security system with breaks on all the windows, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors, sensors on every door, and a ring camera that looks out at the front porch. Not that you will need that kind of safety. This is such a quiet little road where everyone knows each, and again there's no through traffic so no one ever comes down here unless it's for delivery.. The entire yard has a white, custom, privacy fence around it. There are mature trees in the yard that are actually currently producing fruit. There are guava, bananas, lemon, bitter melon, (Japanese superfood) and all kinds of plants as I have landscaped this yard thoroughly to be a little paradise. There's even roses, and a trellis with a flowering vine. Back in the house you will find the master bedroom to the left of the house and on its own. There is a small room that attaches to the master bedroom. It could be used for a nursery, small bedroom, a place to do yoga, or it could be made into a book nook. Technically, it's the third bedroom, but it could be anything your imagination desires. I even had my vanity in there to get ready to free up the bathroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful chandelier with multiple light settings with a ceiling fan made into it and it offers Bluetooth, so you can play music right over your bed. Three bedroom all three are equipped with vanities and stools, which helps cut down bathroom time. All of the rooms have glass door knobs that were recently installed for an added feel of luxury. Moving through the house, once you come out of the master bedroom if you were to go straight to opposite side of the house, which is on the right, you will see a very large guest bedroom. It has a king-size bed with a high-end luxury Stearns and Foster Mattress with two nightstands, a dresser, a mini fridge, microwave and and Keurig coffee maker Also, in that guest bedroom, it has its own private entrance with a deadbolt and leads out to the carport that is lit, and nicely done with pavers that lead completely out to the driveway. The pavers also lead to the front porch, which was recently redone.. There are pavers strategically placed to create walkways to the back door and an outside entertainment area. There is also a large gravel pad that was brought in and my mother's 42 foot RV was parked there The gravel pad can be rented at an additional fee of $500 per month to park a boat or RV or anything that you may want to bring with you Everything is cohesive in the yard and flows beautifully from one to the next. Finally, you have the open concept living room/ formal dining room when you come through the front door. This area is great for entertaining because you have a big area with a large dining room table. Chandeliers above in both the living room and dining, so it gives off elegance upon entry. The electric fireplace is also staying for the new tenant ( you) to enjoy as well. There is a Fandelier in the living room that is quite large with multiple settings very modern and dark hardware as well. All of the windows have black curtain rods so everything is very modern and matches for flow. The living room window offers a large bay area, a pretty place where you will see real Italian Amalfi Coast design. The dining room also has a beautiful modern chandelier that hangs above a dining table for 6, but can be expanded to seat up to eight by adding the additional leaf. If you're a cook, you will truly enjoy this kitchen. I am listing this house at a truly competitive price as I had it for an Airbnb and was pulling about $5,200 per month, so for a 3 month lease this is quite the deal @ $1,950 I'm looking to get it rented quickly, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Small pets are allowed with a $250 deposit that is nonrefundable. ( 2 pet max) Yard is maintained by the owner This is an 3 month lease that requires all three months paid in advance.
