Upstairs has a master bedroom with bathroom/shower and a mini-split a/c unit. The remodeled basement is almost like its own unit, through the side door it has a bar with a mini-fridge and sink, and barstools, and space for a kegerator. There is a large family room attached and one bedroom and additional bathroom/shower. There is some additional basement space with laundry (stacked washer/dryer) and storage space. There is a detached one-car garage and large back yard. Fully fenced property. Gardeners paradise! Long driveway that can fit two cars or an r/v. Very walkable friendly neighborhood with quick access to Mt. Tabor. Great schools and quiet location.
