Hello! We are seeking an awesome tenant to sublet our home on a quiet residential street in West Adams-- the neighborhood adjacent to Culver City, Mid-City, and Downtown. It's just off the I-10 freeway, about 20 minutes from everything. You'll be getting the house to yourself-- a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1200 sq foot smart home with an adorable front lawn, patio and backyard! Inside is a master bedroom with luxurious his/hers bathroom, second bedroom that serves as an office space with foldable accordion door, and open-floor-plan kitchen and living room. The house is newly renovated, and comes fully furnished (with high quality furniture CB2, West Elm, and antique shops all over the world), and boasts fully automated Hue bulb lighting all around the house, which can be operated and customized through voice commands or mobile app. The space is available for 10 months, from June 15 - February 15 (2023). We're taking a creative sabbatical to travel around the world and would love to find the right person to care for our space while we are away!
