The yard boasts a fire pit, grassy area (the dirt area was just seeded and is growing), there are four large garden beds with a drip system already installed. Patio is large with couch, sun shade and lights all included. Attached one car garage with shelves and plenty of room for storing outdoor gear. House is located on the Bench, close to the freeway, downtown, BSU. The home is heated and cooled by one split unit located in the living room. The bedroom has a heater. NO SMOKING, inside or outside. Applications are accepted through Zillow and include a background and credit check. Any in person tours REQUIRE MASKS. Owner pays for gas, irrigation (this waters the front yard), trash/sewer, and water. Tenant pays for electricity and internet. Pets are considered on a case by case basis, no more than two allowed at any time. Pet deposit may be required, depending on the pet type/size. Tenant is responsible for yard care, an electric mower will be left for tenant to use. Wisteria bush will require trimming in the summer (very quick and easy, just clip the branches that grow towards the house), trimmers are left for tenant to use.
