First Month's Rent: The Tenant agrees to pay the first month's rent corresponding to the lease term at the signing of this lease. Utilities: Water: Tenants pay a flat fee of $20 per tenant per month. Other Utilities: The Tenant is responsible for all other utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, internet, cable, and telephone services.
