I think when you see this place you'll find you feel very calm and relaxed. I know it does that to me. I've been trying to figure out why. I think it is a combination of things, the biggest of which is the sense of space. The houses behind you are much larger and have acre lots. That leaves a lot of room between you and your backdoor neighbor. The good thing is that they have to do all the mowing and you get to enjoy the view. (Insert smiley emoji.) Then you've got a screened in covered deck plus a front porch, hardwood and tile in all the right places, a large separate laundry room, a big living room with tall ceilings and crown molding.
