Basement is wide open (we have kids' video games/play area/foosball table down there along with storage). 3 car tandem garage (third bay is in front of right hand bay; we park both cars and use 3rd bay for motorcycle parking and storage); fenced back yard with great patio (we have a set of patio furniture, 2 grills and a patio table out there; it's my favorite feature), small box garden on side of house (we plant tomatoes every year); we're in School district 20 (best in the city), Elementary School is Antelope Trails, Middle and High School is Discovery Canyon Campus, DCC is a fairly new school; about 5 years old and will have their first senior class next year (they've been growing up to 12th grade since they opened), we have a 5th grader and a 10th grader and both are very happy with their respective schools, neighborhood is fairly new, I think the first house was sold in '05 (ours was built in '05 as a semi-custom), retail is growing in the area; Wal-mart, Home Depot, Khol's, Blockbuster, Staples, Chili's, Texas Roadhouse, grocery store all within a few minutes, couple of fast food places close by, Target, Lowe's a little farther, Mall is 5-6 miles down the Interstate; we're actually outside the CS city limits, but still inside El Paso county, Denver is about 45 mins north on the interstate
