We bought and moved into the house in March 2007. We have moved because we built a house on my husband’s family farm. I will be adding more pictures as I get rooms cleaned up after the move. It is in the North Andrew school district. My kids attended/are attending North Andrew. The neighbors are wonderful! It has a nice sized, level yard. There is a two car garage in the back with a sidewalk going to the house. There is also a cellar and small shed. There are four large trees in the yard that provide a lot of shade in the summer. They help a lot with the cooling costs. The kitchen counters and floors were replaced four years ago. Stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator are included and are approximately seven years old. There is a countertop microwave that can be included as well. There is a pantry area with a built in desk right off the kitchen. Beyond the pantry is a laundry room. We used the dining room as a family room. The roof was replaced approximately ten years ago. The vinyl, double pane windows were new when I bought the house. I am selling only.
