Very clean one bedroom apartment on quiet street. The bedroom is approximately 11 x 14 with a large closet at one end of the bedroom. Both the living room and bedroom have hardwood floors. The bath has the original ceramic tile bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is small with about 6' of counter space with cabinets above and below. Full size gas range and full size fridge. Off street parking is available within 20' of the front door. There is room out back for a grill and a couple of chairs. We run both credit and criminal background checks on all applicants prior to entering into a lease agreement. The rent is $500/month plus $50/month for water. Gas for heat and electric go into the tenants name within 5 days of lease signing. Please do not apply if you are unable to get the utilities put into your name. You minimum monthly income should be $2000/month with decent credit and work history. We will consider small pets with a pet deposit and $25.00/month pet fee - small dogs only and no aggressive breeds In addition to the rent the tenant pays $50/month for water and both gas and electric need to go into the tenants name.
