Deep water lot on private canal off Bayou Lacombe, short ride by boat to lake Ponchartrain, there are no bridges between the lot and the lake, so you can moor a very large boat here without any worries, I kept a 37' Carver here with no problems and there are many large sail boats here as well. lot is approximately 100 wide and 140 deep, already has modern treatment plant so should be no issues with title change and power. has bulkhead and dock with power to dock, this is being sold basically for the price of the lot with well, septic, and available power. the home could be refurbished by the right person with a little tlc, the trailer next to the house caught fire and caused a fire in the attic of the house, although the fire was extinguished without too much fire damage the water caused the ceilings to need repair. because of the location a lot of the electrical in the attic was also damaged, so at minimum the house would need the ceiling to be repaired, it is plaster not sheetrock, so it could probably be patched for the most part, the wiring in the attic would have to be repaired and I would also recommend the roof replaced.
