Lease Terms: 6-month lease required by HOA Ideal roommate: Someone who is comfortable sharing space, and clean as you go. Works or attends school outside of the home and is focused on their career or education. Rental space: Private bedroom size: 11' x 12' Walkin custom closet size: 5.5' x 3.5' The condo/common areas are fully furnished however, you can furnish the bedroom ($1650) , or it can can be furnished for you ($1750), based on your preference. Current Roommate 1: Female, professional, responsible, respectful, courteous, neat/organized, good communicator, animal lover, music lover, active (yoga, surf, snowboarding, traveling, on my bike with my dog). I travel often and typically my dog comes with me. Our neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors are friendly. Current Roommate 2: Female dog: 18 pounds, sweet and loving, well-trained, affectionate and Lhasa Apso mix with minimal shedding/fur I keep the house clean, pick up after myself, put dishes in dishwasher after I eat, pay the bills/rent on time, respect privacy and expect the same from future roommate.
