They neighborhood is beautiful. Lots of grass, trees, and white picket fences. It's family friendly, lots of families with young children and teenage children. It's very safe, neighbors are aware that there are children that run around the neighborhood so be cautious of that. There are two parks that have a jungle gym, one park that's just grass that usually soccer or flag football teams play at. There's also a greenbelt that separates the neighborhood from the canal where many people walk their dogs and go running. A lot of the people that live in the area are LDS.
