Our apartment community is located on a wooded property close to 1st avenue. We accept most breeds of dogs and cats also. Our two bedroom units are spacious and some do have walk-in closets and balconies that have been newly updated. Our rents for two bedrooms are $795. Our leases are month to month only. Security deposit is $400. We do charge a refundable pet deposit of $350 on each pet. No more than 2 pets per unit and a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet is charged. We have plenty of green space for dog walking on the property. Tenants pay electricity and internet. Laundry facility in each of the buildings. Month to Month leases-3 month minimum. Off street parking available. Garages available with additional monthly fee.
