This is a classic suburban neighborhood with manicured lawns, tall mature trees and nicely landscaped homes. This area of Cresskill is very popular because it's so convenient to many important things - a short walk to the Bryan Elementary School or St Therese Church & Parochial School, also a short walk to NYC express bus commuting and the local Little League field as well as the town sports center and swim club. This is a stable area with a low turn over rate as people come here to raise their families but often stay a long while after the children are gone as they form friendships and enjoy the Cresskill lifestyle. It's just a great town. At this time of year it's normal to see more for sale signs but it's just because so many people come here in step with the school district calendar - the schools here are excellent.
