Hi, we're currently renting an awesome little house that was totally renovated in 2014. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large dining room and living room and a full basement for storage. There is also great outdoor space both in the back and on the side of the house. Very walkable to Journal Square Path and close to a few restaurants and a soon to open cafe. The pictures below are from before our current, and lovely, tenants moved in. We'll have the house painted and cleaned before the next tenants come in. Misc: We're open to a 6 or 12 month lease We require a full background check and credit check. There is a $50 fee for this that will be credited toward a lease, if signed. No pets and definitely no smoking First months rent and a one month security are due at signing We're active landlords who take really good care of their stuff and want a equally great/responsible tenants
