The townhome comes with a fully functional washer and dryer. There's also a 1-car garage for extra charge, but the driveway can hold up to 2 compact cars. There is a parking lot right behind the townhome as well. Shared spaces (will be shared with other tenants in the home) include: kitchen dining room living room space patio guest bathroom on the first floor pantry coat closet Note: the living and dining rooms are furnished. This has a nightstand and lamp (if you don't want any those items, they can be moved out so just let me know). Kitchen is also fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, but these can also be removed if not needed. 6 months minimum lease with up to 12-month lease. Renewal is subject to care of the room and home, availability, and overall review. For shorter lease terms, can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No smoking allowed in or around the home. For repairs, if a renter is responsible for any damage, then they will need to cover the cost of the repair. For decor, be mindful of holes in the wall.
