This place is perfect for a couple that is looking for an inexpensive place to live. I've made some changes to the condo: We installed brand new carpeting for the 2 Bedrooms, brand new tiles and paint for kitchen and bathroom, and replaced the faucet in the kitchen. Within the past few years, we changed the toilet, faucet in the bathroom, water heater, and the air conditioner. You have access to a nice pool and tennis courts. The building is the closest building to the local office/clubhouse/pool. They accept medium and small sized dogs. I'm hoping to add a video walkthrough and pictures soon.
