    A beautifully designed and crafted Colonial home in lovely county setting. The 1.52 acre property includes a 2x6 constructed, 2 story, 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths house with attached 2 car garage and mostly finished basement. The entire basement is finished but the laundry room isn't considered finished because it doesn't have drywall or a drop ceiling even though it has carpet and paint. There is a second 2 car garage with a finished studio room, a gazebo, a pergola, and an in ground heated pool with pool shed. Located North of Champaign, between Fisher and Dewey, Illinois This house was originally built by Wes Oyer Construction of Fisher, of which offers quality craftsmanship from the woodwork and details throughout the entire home. This house has a brand new roof in August of 2021. The master bath has an updated quartz countertop and faucet and Sterling by Kohler shower doors. The floor is a grouted vinyl tile. The guest bath upstairs has been redone including marble countertop, Sterling by Kohler glass shower doors. The 3 main bathrooms all have new Kohler toilets. A completely new WaterFurnace geothermal for the house and the pool including new wells was installed in 2015. The pool is completely enclosed for safety. It also has a new pool pump including grounding rod, new filter tank with recycled glass media, which is an exceptional media that shouldn't need replaced for up to 10 years (from 2018) and multi-valve head. A Fleck SXT5600 water softener installed in 2020. The brine tank is located in the garage so you do not have to carry heavy salt bags down the stairs. An Aquasana whole house water filtration system was renewed with a new tank in 2020 as well. We had the LP tank installed to supply gas to the stove. It has a connection point you can connect your grill to so no need to purchase small tanks, and one more connection point if you want to add LP to a whole house generator. You may bring your Real Estate Agent, however, WE WILL ONLY pay your agent 2% commission fees. We have purchased 2 homes including this one from the owner. There is nothing to fear everything is handled the same way. However, we understand that some buyers feel more comfortable with an agent. So be sure your agent will accept the 2% commission. We will still not have an agent. Our lawyer will handle the arrangements for completion of sale. This view to the South is amazing and the location is incredible. 3 minutes from Fisher. 12 minutes from the front door to Olympia Drive on the edge of Champaign. 9 minutes to Rantoul.
