The home is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood and is only a 15-min drive to Downtown Riverside. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, spa, game room, and BBQ. This home is spacious enough to accommodate up to 16 guests. THE SPACE We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, a Roku 4K TV, and keyless entry. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry room comes equipped with a new washer and dryer. The game room features a pool table and foosball table for your enjoyment. Our backyard allows you to enjoy the Southern California sunshine with a pool, spa, a BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. Lastly, the driveway in front of the garage provides parking for 2 vehicles. While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests as follows: 5 Bedrooms Room #1 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) Room #2 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) Room #3 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) Room #4 features 2 queen bunk beds (4 people max) Room #5 features 2 queen beds (4 people max) Living Room features 2 futons that convert to twin beds (2 people max) GUEST ACCESS: You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. The home features keyless entry so we will send you the code to enter the home before your arrival. Parking is provided on the driveway in front of the garage that can accommodate 2 vehicles. YOUR AVAILABILITY: We are available via the AirBnB app to address your concerns. If there are any issues, please reach out immediately. Prior to your stay, please be sure to download the AirBnB app on your mobile device and turn your notifications 'ON.' OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Check-in and property details will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Check-in begins at 3 PM. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and can be granted only on a case-by-case basis. You can ask if early check-in can be granted by contacting us via the AirBnB app 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs. We will have a check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Folder. During your stay, please enjoy: pillows, bed sheets and blankets for all the beds, futons; bath towels; a small hair dryer; an iron and ironing board; hand soap; body wash, shampoo and conditioner; dishwasher soap; laundry detergent; and cleaning supplies.
