Looking to sublet our current 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, for the remainder of our lease (until April 30th). You will have the option to renew the lease if you'd like at that point. We are willing to let you keep the security deposit as well (450$). The monthly rent (1665$) is 200-300$ less than any other rates given by this complex, and if you were to sign on the lease, the rate would only increase slightly if you wanted to renew. Little to no damage to the apartment, minor carpet scuffs. Unit has hardwood floors, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, as well as a nice patio with a storage closet.
