We are looking for a person or small family who has good credit history and take good care of the house. No pets and no smoking. The owner will pay for taxes, insurance, exterior repair of the building (roof included) and major plumbing and electrical repairs caused by age and deterioration but not abuse. The tenant is responsible for the balance of expanses including but not limited to maintenance of the interior of the building, all appliances, water heaters, fireplaces and chimneys. The tenant also pays for all applicable utilities including water and garbage, and for the maintenance of the lawn, trees and bushes witch includes watering and trimming.
