We are close to public transportation, parks, the airport, the city center, and art and culture. You'll love my place because of the location and ambiance. It is good for couples, solo adventurers. Appliances and carpet are in pristine condition. This is a one year contract, renewable. 1. Refundable one month deposit - assuming there is no damage to property. 2. Last month rent is due at contract signing. 3. Renter will pay for electricity and internet. 4. Owner will pay for condominiums fee which includes basic cable. 5. Renter will communicate any appliance, electrical or piping issues to landlord. Landlord will coordinate maintenance thru Home Warranty company. 6. If pet damages furniture, tenant will be responsible for repair cost. 7. 2 Keys to property, 1 key for pool access.
