I can close on the home anytime between now and a year from now so depending on your interest of when you'd like to close is negotiable. The home has no mortgage so it will be a smooth sale so long as you're qualified. Before showing the home, I'd want proof of funds, whether it's a cash transaction or mortgage. If mortgage, a bank commitment letter would be required. I know I'm asking a bit more than you can purchase the same home new in Coral Bay but the location, lot size and proximity to the clubhouse is why I'm asking a bit more plus it's furnished and move in ready.
