It also has large gyms, bathrooms, showers, hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts, and a sauna. The grounds, landscape, and amenities are managed impeccably. It's a beautiful place to live. Beach stores and places to pick up groceries, restaurants, clothes, and ice cream are nearby. Myrtle Beach is about a 45-minute drive; malls, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are overwhelming. Yet this cozy spot is quiet and safe. Get the best of both worlds. My favorite HOA community amenity is a shared beach clubhouse with a balcony, a large kitchen, a walkway to the beach, multiple outdoor showers, and 2 bathrooms. Parking is also available at no charge. It's a beautiful place to relax, clean up, eat, hang out with friends, and have a drink or not. Inside, it's very well furnished. Internet, Fireplace, propane, gas, water, sewer, garbage, renters insurance, electricity (including the pool pump running every day). Utilities are not included in the rent. The Lessee must call the companies to activate them.
