The shared space consist of garage, family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, screened in porch, fenced in backyard with a pool and hot tub. No smoking inside. Utilities included in the rent price. Looking for a 6months - 12 months lease with possibility of renewal. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis - I love animals but have 4 already.
