It is located 1 mile from downtown, two blocks from Boulder Creek Bike Path/Scott Carpenter Park, and a quarter mile from 29th Street Mall/Safeway/King Soopers. We are younger female professionals who live here and are looking to rent this room in the current furnished state or unfinished. This room is available now. We 'd like to start with a 4-6 months lease and if it is a good fit, we would like to extend the lease for an additional year. Kitchen and the rest of the house are furnished/fully equipped. This room will share a bathroom with another housemate. She is very clean, quiet, and considerate and that is the type of individual we are looking to share our home with. Homeowner is very responsive to all of our requests and repairs things quickly, often the same day. In our private fenced backyard, we have a 20'x3' garden bed, if you like to garden. Parking is not an issue, as there are plenty of parking spots in our neighborhood. The unit is equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, central furnace, brand new AC system, and a BBQ grill in the backyard. We don't have any cats/dogs or other animals living here.
