The house comes with solar panels and a charging outlet for electric cars, newer roof and relatively new kitchen appliances and washer. Large closets and plenty of storage. We require 1st, last and security and need a background check & credit check. Tenet's responsibility to cover electric and utility. Deposit is due at signing and prior to moving in we need first & last, no pets allowed. I will need a background check for every adult (no more then 4 adults). Owners are easy going and straight forward. House comes with a handyman and anything under $500 will need to be covered by renters. Ideally looking for a good family.
