New double pane security windows throughout, updated kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. New siding and trim around the exterior. Newer energy efficient furnace and hot water heater. On site Laundry. Tenant safety is a priority with steel doors in the front and back and unit is equipped with a camera door bell system. Fenced-in back yard and a large front porch. Appliances included and in excellent shape, laundry on site. Off street parking available. Landlord is a UWM alum living in the neighborhood maintaining over 20 years of rental experience near campus and holds excellent landlord ratings.
