It has a bedroom with queen bed, living room with pull out couch, TV, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, kitchen dinette (kitchen sink, full-sized fridge, small oven, microwave and dishes). All utilities, Wi-Fi, trash, water and eclectic are covered. This mother-in-law suite is connecting to a house upstairs, which the tenant is more than welcome to use for things like the kitchen oven or just to hang out. This sort of a roommate situation, but you will have your own space for everything you need. There is a fenced in backyard with firepit, outdoor seating and dining, and grill. There is a garage that can be used for about 100 sq feet if storage, such as gear, skis, etc. No car in garage however. Parking spot in front of house. I am a 39 yr old, long time professional in Boulder. I have a 1 yr old dog named Fred, who may venture downstairs from time to time to say hi. I enjoy being active, getting to know my roommate, share meals and conversations anytime. I not looking for any big partiers. Sober or moderate drinkers would be best. No smoking cigs or weed inside. I am a laid back landlord/roommate, just want to be sure we keep it clean and not out of control:) Dogs possibly welcome if they get along with my dog. No cats.
