It is a short drive/bike to Red Rocks, several rec centers, and Bear Creek Lake Park, and within an hour to a ski area and the airport. Other things: washer, dryer, shower/tub, dishwasher, keypad doorbell, double oven, microwave, heat, AC, and street parking. We will cover all yardwork/landscaping.
