Although the home was built in 1998 there have been numerous upgrades added. We have hardwood in the foyer, dining room, laundry room, half-bath, and kitchen. We also have brand new carpet in the majority of the house, and the guest bath has been recently upgraded with tile and a new vanity. The basement features a 500 square foot rec room with a half bath and an additional closet for off-season clothes. Neighborhood Description It is a close-knit neighborhood, and the fact that we are on a circle limits the traffic in the area. All the neighbors are great, and they have become close personal friends of ours.
