Located on Bingham Heights, near Richmond Hill neighborhood, it's a very comfortable home. Open floor plan downstairs with a great kitchen. Two bedrooms and an office/3rd bedroom upstairs. Two and a half baths. Bamboo floors downstairs and pine upstairs. No damage from Hurricane Helene, though a lot of trees fell in the yard and in the forest behind my property. Built in 2018, this two-story home is tucked back away from the street. It's very private, and the back yard is forested. The front yard is an open lawn, where you can see fireflies and sometimes rabbits, deer, turkeys, and the occasional black bear. Asheville's largest city park, Richmond Hill, is about a half mile away. The architectural style is Modern Farmhouse, and the exposed beams in the open concept downstairs living area provide a cozy feel. The gas fireplace adds to the great vibes. Expansive butcher block countertops and a gas stove make this a great cooking kitchen, and the bar seating option is fun. You can step out of the sliding glass door onto the 200 square foot deck, which is shaded by oak and poplar trees. There are Samsung Mini-split units in each room, so you can control the climate as you wish. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with an attached master bathroom (tub/shower), and the other with hall access to its own bathroom (shower). The third room upstairs can serve as an office or third bedroom. Up to two dogs may be permitted. There is a built-in dog door leading out into a fenced back yard. One year lease. $2300/month with $2300 security deposit. It is an efficient home that doesn't cost much to heat and cool. There are gas appliances (stove/oven, fireplace, inline water heater), and the gas bill for me has been around $15/month. The house is heated/cooled using Mini-Splits in each room, so you only have to heat/cool the rooms you're using at any given time.
