No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. With the shared ventilation system, it is required and appreciated that these are taken outside. Dogs are allowed for an additional $50 pet rent/month. The lease agreement is for a 6-month term with the option to pay monthly or bi-weekly through Venmo or by check. Lawn maintenance and snow removal will be performed by the landlord or a third party.
