Household income must be at or below the following limits: 2-member household: $72,360 3-member household: $81,405 4-member household: $90,450 5-member household: $97,686 ACTUAL ANNUAL TAX AMOUNTS: $4,350 for 2-bedroom units, $5,300 for 3-bedroom units.
